Business and Beyond: Oakridge Executive Club Relaunch

My current work setup has allowed me to explore so many places. When the pandemic began, I didn’t share the same sentiments about having to adjust to the now sought-after “work-from-home” work arrangement.

I have been working remotely for more than five years now but the pandemic still took a toll on my mental health because I was not used to working only at home. Remote work has allowed me to bring my job wherever I go for as long as I deliver my tasks and meet all my deadlines. I was not used to being cooped in just the four corners of my home. I will always look for a change of scenery.

I am so glad that places like Oakridge Executive Club exist because it gives me just what I need. Oakridge Executive Club is the perfect place for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and digital nomads who are looking for a quiet, secure, and well-equipped space to do their business.

Work & Play

Last May 11, the Oakridge Executive Club had a formal relaunch. I was invited to experience the newest additions to their menu. Chef Deofrey Vistal shared his inspiration for the eight-course meal we had the privilege of tasting.

All the dishes we tried are now available on their menu, for dine-in or takeaway (except for the Chicken Confit). All their dishes are carefully curated and made with premium ingredients. Most ingredients, if not bought, are homemade and took several hours to make.

What I like about the Oakridge Executive Club is not just the posh and classy ambiance. It’s the view, the security, the privacy. Now that many people are already remotely working, it’s been challenging to find a quiet spot to work without having to worry about the availability of tables, food, parking slots, and a stable internet connection.

And after looong hours of facing a laptop, answering emails, and such, I can simply cap the day watching the sunset while having a cocktail or two! Now that’s what I call work-life balance! Oakridge Executive Club can definitely give you the best of both worlds.

Oakridge Executive Club has a tastefully decorated lounge where you can work, answer emails, chat with a business partner, close a business deal over meals, or just go for casual drinks. The lounge offers a nice view of the city and will definitely help boost your motivation to finish your pending tasks.

Board Room

It’s a balance of comfort and functionality. Oakridge Executive Club’s Board Room is ideal for intimate and formal business meetings or breakout sessions. It can accommodate up to 14 people.

Function & Dining Halls

Gatherings are made easier and more memorable at Oakridge Executive Club. You have the option to book the Mahogany Hall or the Maple Room for intimate events or gatherings.

Meeting Rooms

Level up your team huddles! The Oakridge Executive Club has three meeting rooms to choose from: Olive Room, Walnut Room, and Bamboo Room. Both the Olive Room and Walnut Room can accommodate 15-30 people while the Bamboo Room can only accommodate 10-12 people.

Other Amenities

Aside from their meeting rooms, function halls, and lounge, Oakridge Executive Club also has a nap room, a shower room, and a business center.

The Oakridge Executive Club is open to all. You don’t need to be a cardholder/club member to enjoy its amenities. It is free for club members, otherwise, you will have to pay a cover fee of Php1000.00. This fee is all consumable and can be used to cover your meals and drinks. Of course, any excess amount should be paid separately. For gatherings and private meetings, separate fees and prior reservations need to be made.
